1. WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is a client-driven, growth-oriented, collaborative process. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, consulting, medical treatment, or crisis intervention. The Coach does not diagnose or treat any condition, and coaching is not a substitute for mental health or medical care.

2. WHAT IS YOUR CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY?

All client information is confidential except in cases involving:
• Risk of harm to self or others
• Legal requirement to disclose information
• Minimal, de-identified information provided to a supervisor/mentor coach for ICF professional development

3. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Client must give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. If the Coach must reschedule, a new time will be arranged promptly.

4. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

​Payment is due prior to each session or at the start of a coaching package, as agreed. Coaching sessions already delivered are non-refundable. Refunds for unused sessions may be considered at the Coach’s discretion.

5. WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

Intune BodyMind collects only the information you choose to provide in order to offer services and communicate with you. We do not sell or share personal data. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. This site may use cookies for basic functionality.
